Allen comes to Vistalytics from NeoClarus, a pioneer in the SEC-XBRL reporting industry. Prior to that he was at BCL Technologies, where he was the Director of Business Development for the “SEC Publisher” edgarizing product line. During his three-plus year tenure at the SEC publisher BCL, they attained the number two ranking in SEC reporting behind Thomson Reuters. Allen’s experience includes leading sales and business development managerial roles in a variety of companies that includes Western Area VP of Sales for Psion Teklogix, a worldwide Data Collection systems provider.

His exceptional sales and negotiation skills are demonstrated by his time as the Western area VP of Sales for Psion Teklogix. In his 15 years with Psion, the company grew from 90 employees to an impressive 1100; generating over $350-million in sales.

Allen continues to practice his successful sales leadership skills by lending his guidance and expertise to the Vistalytics team. He lives with his wife in Northern California.
